The Barrett Jackson car auction is currently taking place January 12 - 20, 2008 in Scottsdale, Arizona. There are some notable cars being auctioned off during this event, including John Schneider's General Lee, the Monkee Mobile, and several of the cars created on the cable series Monster Garage. One of the more interesting cars I found on the car list was the 1928 Duesenberg J Dual Cowl Phaeton. I loved this car when I was kid, so much so that I had a poster of one on my wall for years. A 1929 version recently sold on eBay for $1.6 million. It'll be interesting to see what the 1928 sells for.
